Get Fit for Everyday Life!

Welcome to Primal Fitness 607!

Feeling a bit nervous? That’s completely normal! As you step into your first class, you’ll encounter movements that might be brand new to you, witness various workout adaptations, and experience the energy of cheers and fist bumps at the end. You’ll become part of a supportive community, all cheering you on as you strive to reach your fitness goals. Over time, you’ll discover just how strong your body can become.
 

What to Expect & How to Prepare for Your First Class:

  1. Arrive Early: Give yourself 10 minutes to check in, meet the coach, and familiarize yourself with the gym.

  2. Wear Comfortable Clothing: Choose workout gear that allows you to move freely. Breathable fabrics are a plus!

  3. Bring a Water Bottle: Staying hydrated is key, so make sure to bring water to sip during the class.

  4. Be Open-Minded: You may see movements that are new to you. Keep an open mind and remember that everyone was a beginner at some point!

  5. Listen to Your Coach: They are there to guide you, provide modifications, and ensure you’re performing exercises safely.

  6. Celebrate Your Progress: Every workout is a step toward your goals, no matter how small. Celebrate your achievements along the way!

What we offer at Pf607
 

Our classes offer a combination of high-intensity cardio and strength. We believe everyone of all ages and abilities can enter our gym and see results. We train not to have a "wheelhouse" so our athletes are exposed and can maintain all functional movements. Leave your ego at the door! 

 

How our athletes see results:

-Targeted warm-up for skills used in the day's workout

-Strength piece that follows a 3-6 week cycle

-Workout of the day - as a class, we perform a combination of cardiovascular and strength movements

-All led by a coach & tailored to fit all abilities
